    Led the design direction of the in-app calling feature that helped Westpac customers identify legitimate bank calls, reducing exposure to impersonation scams at scale.

    Owned the UX for a real-time scan detection flow that flags and blocks risky transactions before they complete. A first of it’s kind in Australian retail banking.

    Led the end-to-end UX design that enables users to personalise their mobile banking experience supporting text-size, bold text, button borders (iOS only), colour contrast and voice-over across iOS and Android.
